They go onto your website for a reason. Make sure you give it to them. Otherwise, what was the point of driving them to your website in the first place?

So, think about what it is that your customers need from you. Using the same shoe example, your customers will want to know information about what the shoes look like, the delivery times and cost and sizing guides for the best fit.

We want things to be as simple as possible. They’re going to have to filter through all your products to find the right one they’re looking for. If they can’t see an easy way to do it, they’ll leave and go to a website that directly links to them to exactly where they need to go.

It’s not optimised for mobile
