Ken Block...YouTube Sensation
Ken Block, former owner of DC shoes became a YouTube sensation in 2009 with the filming of the hit YouTube video "Gymkhana 2", making the most viral video of 2009, as well as selling more DC shoes with this "informercial". After Ford Performance and Hoonigan Racing Division announced their withdrawal from the World Rallycross Championship after the 2017 season, Block and Hoonigan began to focus on YouTube content for promotion. Today he is a one man promotion sensation on YouTube with over 100 million views of "Gymkana 5" alone. His newest venture "Climbkhana" takes him to Tianmen mountain in China with his highly modified 1977 Ford F150.
Tianmen Mountain's private road is 17 feet wide at is widest point with an elevation of 4,196 feet is located within Tianmen Mountain National Park, Zhangjiajie, in the northwestern part of Hunan Province, China.
